Constipation Busters

Constipation is defined as difficult or infrequent bowel movements. Some people move their bowels 2 to 3 times a day, others less frequent maybe 1 or 2 times per week. If your stool is hard, dry, and you have to strain during a bowel movement, then you are constipated.

In January of 2011 The Mayo Clinic Staff wrote an article defining constipation, the symptoms, and how to alleviate it. They said that most cases of constipation is temporary and can be eased by a few lifestyle changes. The article states that getting more exercise, increasing your fluid intake and eating a high fiber diet would help to decrease constipation.

Constipation can also be the result of eating too much dairy products, change of regular diet or routine, the over use of stool softners or the stress in your life. At Ceilsway we believe that your health comes first, and everything else follows. We have simple, step by step proven solutions, (lifestyle changes) to your every day problems. The 2  lifestyle changes below are to help with constipation.
